Created foundational messaging: tagline, brand pillars, boilerplate

Assessed internal comms practices and identified gaps/areas for improvement

Client: Think Bank
Scope: Brand launch messaging, internal rollout, executive communications, press release
Challenge: Think Bank needed a bold new identity to reflect its friendly, forward-thinking culture. Internal and external alignment were critical.
My Role:
Crafted messaging that honored Think Bank’s roots while embracing its refreshed brand
Wrote press release, email templates, website copy and CEO quotes
Partnered with internal teams to develop training and rollout tools
